My Journey from Engineer to Health Coach
I started my career as a mechanical engineer,
solving technical problems and optimizing
systems. But while my work was all about
efficiency, my own health felt completely out of
control.
For years, I was stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting,
quick fixes, and frustration. No matter what I
tried—cutting carbs, intense workouts, strict meal
plans—I could never maintain my progress. Then
everything changed
I stopped chasing short-term solutions and
started applying a scientific, systems-based
approach to my own health. Over time, I lost
63kg, completely transforming my body and
mindset. I realized the key to lasting change
wasn’t extreme diets or endless cardio—it was
sustainability, smart habits, and a clear
strategy.
As I learned more, I saw how much
misinformation was out there. People were
struggling with the same things I had, stuck in
cycles of frustration. That’s when I knew—I
wanted to help.
So, I shifted gears, became a Certified Health
Coach, and started applying my engineering
mindset to fat loss. I built simple, sciencebacked coaching systems that helped busy
professionals lose fat, gain energy, and take
control of their health—for good.
Today, I coach clients, create content, and help
people escape the dieting cycle for good. My
mission is simple: Make fat loss simple.
